TRUHERD

The tour

Make the EWA introduction easier.

Your fixes help members reach the product; these remaining changes can help them understand and trust it.

1

Every page now opens from a direct link.

Since our first check, you have fixed direct links across the site, so members can open pages shared by email or text.

2

Help members find TruShield.

At our latest check, no site page linked to /trushield, leaving members without a path to its explanation. Match its promises to the marketplace’s Claimed parentage status, then add it to navigation.

3

Your pricing now matches the product.

At our latest check, your pricing page matched the billing screen: Core includes marketplace access and unlimited users, at $99 under 500 animals and $199 above.

4

Send trial users to the demo form.

On 7 August, the trial dashboard’s demo button opened /demo, which failed. At our latest check, that public URL still showed “Page Not Found”; the in-product button was not re-checked. Point it to /contact so interested members can request help.

5

Show EWA members what works today.

At our latest check, the site promised registry sync, verified genetics and shipping, while listings showed Claimed parentage and buyer pickup. Members need clear expectations before signing up or buying. Demonstrate registry sync and describe what transfers today, then align homepage claims with listing terms.

6

Give each listing its own search description.

At our latest check, all twelve listings shared one title and lacked descriptions and canonical tags; neither host had a sitemap. Distinct descriptions would help buyers identify relevant animals in search. Add listing titles, descriptions, canonical tags and sitemaps, and scope prerendering for the marketing site’s empty HTML shell.

7

Make the first successful action feel successful.

In the 7 August trial, creating an animal showed a missing-translation message, and the empty dashboard showed loading placeholders. Both can confuse new members and need a fresh trial re-check. Fix the translation and reuse the product’s existing empty-state pattern.

8

Put your people and ownership tools up front.

At our latest check, the About page still lacked founder names, named ranches and testimonials. Members need to know who stands behind the product. Add names and ranch references, and bring ownership rights and ranch visits onto the homepage.
